Players of the first team of the Alarabi Club football team visited the orphan care center “Dreima” accompanied by Abdullah Al-Nehme marketing director of the Arab Club and the team of the Office of Communication, Information and Awareness of Dereema.
The tour started by introducing the Dereema Center and its services. The tour included the library, electronic library, medical clinic, technical workshop and study support villa.
It is noteworthy that the Orphan Care Center “Dreima” is a pioneer in the care of orphans and their integration in society, and contributes in providing the necessary care for the targeted groups in the State of Qatar, and their stability in alternative foster families, and integration into society, in line with the mission of the Qatar Foundation for Social Action. To serve the target group, the Center is committed to responsibility, privacy, equality and partnership.
The visit aims to introduce the center and its meaningful role in sponsorship, and to emphasize the remarkable role played by the club’s social responsibility and its distinctive social role, which consists of strong and constructive partnerships with many civil society institutions and relevant authorities.
The organizers of the Office of Communication, Information and Awareness of Crime thanked the players of the Arab Club and Mr. Abdullah Al-Naama, Director of Marketing at the club for this gesture and their active and permanent participation with the Orphan Care Center.
